Terms of participation
The organizer of the competition is Atlas Technical Equipment & Consulting GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the provider).
By participating in this competition, the participant accepts the following terms of participation.
All persons over the age of 18 may take part. Excluded are employees of the provider and their relatives.
Prerequisite for participation is that the data itself be entered. Participation via a service provider who enters the data of its clients in competitions – so-called raffle entry service – is not permitted.
The winner agrees that his name and place of residence will be published by the provider. The legal process and a cash payment are excluded.
The competition is offered subject to availability. The provider reserves the right to extend or reduce the raffle without giving reasons. The provider also reserves the right to exclude participants in case of suspected abuse, manipulation or punishable conduct of the raffle. There is no legal claim to participation in the competition. The winnings will be raffled under all correct submissions and are available to the provider only once in the stated number.
Procedure: The competition will begin on October 08, 2019 and the closing date for entries is October 10, 2019. The competition consists of a topic-related quiz Let’s Fly Together campaign. If the question is answered correctly, the participant can participate in the raffle and register for it.
